Mateo Gomiunik
Move better. Build strength. Stay capable for life.

Training that is purposeful, progressive, and built around one person — you.
I help people exercise safely and effectively, whether they are dealing with pain, returning after an injury, starting from the beginning, or looking to improve their strength, physical capacity, and long-term health.
My work combines exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, functional assessment, and evidence-based training principles. The goal is not simply to give people a list of exercises, but to help them understand what to do, how to progress, and how to adapt their training to their individual needs.
I work with recreationally active people, complete beginners, older adults, people returning after injury, and athletes who want a clearer and more structured approach to training.
